My point was that he can wear 'running shoes' but since he can't run, that would make them just plain 'shoes'. Therefore he wouldn't be wearing running shoes, he'd just be wearing shoes.
Now even if you suckass at skating, you can still wear skate shoes, cause even if you're the most uncoordinated retard ever, you can still skateboard, just not very well.
Soooo you can wear skate shoes, even if you suck royaly at it, you can still do it. Now if you can't run period, then they wouldn't be running shoes. Along the same logic, a guy in a wheel chair couldn't wear skate shoes, walking shoes, etc. But he could wear tennis or basketball shoes, cause they can play those activities.
Then again even someone completely paralized could still give the illusion of walking/running/skating, if he had a series of ropes and pulleys to hold him up and make him move like a marionette....hhmmmm there's an idear.
