Rad. Thanks for the link Venita. Doesn't sound like my thing, but sounds VERY interesting all the same :) I hope you find yourself a good, accessible class/facility. I know I'm still searching for one right now. I'm too advanced for beginners, and too beginner for advanced (I think, I could be wrong). And then there's the matter of finding another good instructor... I've been thru a few. In a perfect world, Esperito would come to my house :) She's amazing. I miss her... I think it's gonna come down to me commuting to her classes elsewheres.

The room is warm but the entire class is deep stretching and meditation.

damn...... let me find out, a old co-worker of mine just moved downtown and he is a yoga instructor... all i know is he moved to main street so he could be near his work.. if that helps you out, but i'll try and look into it for ya.
