where can i find cheap cute summer clothes?

Does anyone know where i can find cute spring clothes for work? i work in an office and all i have is black, black, and more black. I hardly feel like wearing black clothes when its complete sandle weather!
I found some cute pastel sweater vests, and cardigans at off the wall... but all the skirts im finding are A-line's and those are to make thin tall girls look curvy... im thin and tall... but im already curvy and they'll make me look FAT lol

I need to find just... cute solid color pencil skirts or floral ones... but none of this a line shit! lol

i have to wear all blk to work as well.. and i hate dressy clothes. u can find tons of cheap finds at dynamite, garage, suzy shier or even that gross urban behavior store.

Then go to dynamite! Garage has some cute summer clothes and a bunch of them can be worn at work, but for the most part Dynamite is your best bet.

I found a ton of cute spring/summer tops @ Smart Set. They have really got some cute items and great deals going on right now. I hadn't bought anything there in ages, but I think they've done an image and quality overhaul. They have cute, colourful tops that are 2/$20 and tanks for $12. And this is coming from someone who has notoriously expensive taste. Do check it out! I stocked up on some cotton/spandex basics for work (we're casual) and got a really cute a-line (I know that's NOT what you're looking for) knee-length skirt for interviews.

other then that.. i dont know what stores would carry any small worky cloths for me..

u can pick your own fabric though, and make it fit peffectly, and it wont cost as much! a good quality suite will cost you 300 to 400$


it wont cost as much, if u do research on a place to make it!
