try switching up your hair dye brand.

less blowdryer, and perhaps less brushing.

hmm what else, if all else fails it's time too get some cream or oil product to work into your hair and either blow dry out the knacks or flatiron it out....but that normaly just leads to even more damaged hair!

I had the same problem for awhile. I stopped applying heat to my hair all together and started using Garnier Fructis Fortifying Cream Conditioner. It worked wonders on my hair, but the no-more-heat move is what really made a noticable difference. If that doesnt work then soak your hair in mayonaisse for 30-45 minutes everyday for a week. That should do the trick.

Check the chlorine level in your water. This may be a reason your hair is drying out.

If you're coloring often, maybe give your hair a break, or it will break.

Weather is also a factor in hair quality. The change in season might be what's causing the frizziness. Sun to rain to sun to rain. It's Vancouver... meh!

I suggest some deep fortifying conditioner. I suggested Pantene to mateo before, and that seems to work well. This product is safe for chemically or color treated hair, and it only takes 3-5 mins. Garnier, Biolage, and Infusium are all good products.

Might I suggest that you should try using all the same products for shampooing, conditioning, and treatments. Using all different types can also hurt your hair. Pick one brand and stay within that family.

Worst case scenario, ask your hair dresser, but make sure that you're aware that they will always try to sell you the "name brand" than the actual product.

Hope that helps :kimmie:
