As for "chewing a pill," I'm not sure what kind of music you're looking for, but we have Kid Kenobi (Australia's #1 DJ for a couple of years now) playing at Sonar. He plays things more on the Breaks/Funk tip so let me know if you're down for that.

There's ARTS COUNTY FAIR @ UBC!!! and yeah, i've been dying to check out Sonar's new friday night (Break Yo Self!) but that'll have to wait until next week (ACF).

I won't laugh... I'll probably be pretty hammered as well. This is Jesse's (Kid Kenobi's) first visit to Canada and he is right pumped to play and have a good time... Which we are going to show him that's for sure.

And yes, the Arts County Fair only runs from 12 noon until 8PM. (www.artscountyfair.com).

Congrats on the new place bro! Azim and I are living together now in Yaletown! (Par-tay palace)

how much will kenobi be at the door? i may need a post-ACF club stop, though i'd be scared of the looks i'll get in my sorority's special ACF shirts. hot pink, with 'If found drunk or passed out please return to: ____________" on the back. mine is "your local DJ". :$ (though others include "the guy you're dating", "your underaged boyfriend", and "your girlfriend" so mine isn't thhaattt bad.)

It will most likely be $20 at the door.

It was $10 advance till April 3rd, $15 week and day of at stores and then $20 at the door.

(I need to pay for him and his flight from Australia some how!) ;)
