Gas Price Signs....

Since the price of gas gas spiked recently, I've noticed how some of the gas places are dealing with the signs.

You have the places with the digital signs with 4 digits and they're fine.

Other places that only have 3 digit signs just put 02.7 if it's 102.7. I guess they figure that we'll know what they mean.

Some have made signs that have 10 in them but will fit into a single digit slot.

The best though, which I have noticed quite frequently now, is the stations that just take all the numbers down from their sign. The thing is empty.... it's pretty much as if they're saying to us 'You know it sucks, we know it sucks, what the fuck does it matter now? Come buy our gas anyways, not like you have a choice.'

ya they spiked here. thank god i don't have my own vehicle yet. i'm good with my walking and the bus is looking more and more welcoming.

It's like 103.9 I think and that's for regular gas... I fill up at Chevron in and put the red pump in. God knows what that's at! Sheeeeeeiiiit.

*ouch* makes my 130$ bus pass seem like a gift! Unfortunatly i still need gas for weekend driving. :P

hmm... maybe all of you should just stop killing the world and take a bus or ride a bike. it's a little bit cheaper (just a weeeee bit) and all you really do is laugh when you see the gas prices.

i do bus, most the time (to and from school/work) but even still, driving any other time is so costly....
...i think an electric hybrid/enviromentally friendly vehicle would be a nice thing to start saving up for:).....
might cost a lil more, but in the long run itd be way mroe cost effective

one thing the car designers need to do is make way more fully electical or hydrogen SUVs! those things chug lots gas and such bad fuel eco. doesn't help that our busses stop shuttling at 6 pm.
