I totally agree!

WTF are the parents doing to have a child come to such a destructive level of misbehaviour?

I mean, a child is it's own person, regardless.

However, _some_ kind of influence from the parents is essential in creating a contributing member of society.

Too often, it seems, the parents are left out of the debate about juvenile delinquents and under-age offenders.
