My friend caught a crackhead breaking into his Jeep (soft-top type) at Science World Vancouver, just a minute after the vehicle was parked. Some of them must just hang around looking for a score.

oh the cops knew who he was and they knew that by then someone shot him but didn't ask who. Reason pretty much is that normally these guys get locked up for 24 hours and then there free.

There was an incident a while back here in abbotsford where someone caught the person breaking into their car and that the cops came and arrest the individual. The owner of the vehicle went to court to see what would happen. The thief told the judge the following "Well I thought it was my car, was the same color and all". The judge replied "So your key to your car is a screw driver?". Thief "Correct". And pretty much from there the judge let the fucker go. Ordered the sherriff to take the hand cuffs off him and he walked by the person who owned vehicle with a big smile on their face. So ya its best to take shit into your own hands now days because if the cops rough him up then the thief can easily accuse the cop of abuse. However if someone is invading your privacy and stuff and you kick the shit out of them, then its considered as self defense.

there were 3 kids, one inside, one just standing there, and one jumpin on the roof...

the kids go nothing, but probably wet underware when our nighbourhood stepped out.

i got caught from a bunch of neighborhood people takin some aggression out with the good ol' driver into some houses and just killin it haha and they all chased us down, then we got away, then we had to come back that way to get home and they were waitin for us again boo.. phone call : "yeah man coast is clear come back..
