U2 practice for concert for free?

I just heard from a co worker that U2 is having like a free pre concert right now. and the first 4000 people to show up can get in for free. Can anyone confirm this for me? lol she is running out the door right now. :p

they started to hand out wristbands at three, so the chances of getting one now are pretty slim.

unless there's fewer U2 fans than i thought out there.

the universal declaration of human rights.
