Bikram Yoga
I just recently signed up for these classes. I've been doing Kundalini yoga for a year now and wanted to try something new. Bikram yoga is hot yoga. It consists of 27 poses in a 90 minute period and you do it in a hot room. For anybody who is physically fit and looking for a challenge ..GO TRY A CLASS! I took a couple guy friends last night and they looked like they were both going to die the entire class, but later signed up for some classes. I've been going to Bikram's on west Broadway and Traflagar. Everything is free for your first class there, you just have to bring a towel and a BIG bottle of water, and wear something that you are prepared to sweat in. I can't emphasize enough how much I love this yoga, I reccomend you try it!
