SHOUT IT LOUDER is 150% confirmed a GO

As we are continually made aware of rumors floating around that Shout It Louder is apparently cancelled, Jer, Matt, Clint and I felt it important that we make a post (yet again) here in The Lounge (and thanks to FnK for allowing us to post it in this highly visible area) confirming that this is in fact, NOT THE CASE.

To confirm:
- Shout It Louder is 150% CONFIRMED A GO – ALL permits are in place to make the show happen and serve liquor in our 19+ area.
- The weather for that weekend in Nanaimo is currently partly cloudy with sunny periods and temperatures of 14 degrees.
- In the event that the weather changes drastically to rain, the party will still be a go and ALL of the dance area’s will be covered with large tents regardless (not tarps, but tents).

So another words, NOTHING can or will stop this show from happening.

To the idiots who feel they need to spread lame rumours:
- It’s tough not to point fingers as one must remain professional so I guess to whoever you are, don’t waste your time any further and we’ll ask that you grab an ounce of maturity and respect for that matter.
- Ticket sales are already record breaking and above expectations from our New Years show! In your attempt to reduce our attendance, you’ve clearly failed so thanks for coming out.

Thanks everyone for reading this message yet again… I know it’s a lot to ask, but we would totally appreciate you cutting and copying this message in an email and sending it out to all of your friends that you know already are or are thinking on going to Shout It Louder from the mainland.

Hmmmmm... that's a tough one as I assume you're not going to be done until like 2AM+. Any solution you find is going to be pricey though dude simply because you need to get there quickly without missing the whole party!

This is a rumour obviously started by a bunch of ass-clowns from vancouver!

Bottom line is that Jer and I have dropped thousands on the show. Our venue is secure and a go, everything is confirmed and ready to go.

We could throw the party tommorrow we are so organized.

The rumour itself is just hilarious. Between Jer and I alone we have 10 years combined of party throwing know-how. We are bringing one of the biggest island shows in history with a ticket price that not any vancouver parties can touch.

I've heard where it's coming from....but it doesn't matter...and 'whoever' it is will never man-up and admit it.

I'm not even mad, i think it's pretty sad somebody had to start this rumour for whatever personal gain.

*MEH*...personally i think it's too little too late.....a small rumour like this on a show this big is like throwing an ice-cube on a bon-fire.
