fishnet guy is a nice guy, now, i for one dont condone wearing fishnet i think it looks stupid, but i would much rather hang out with him then some people who are gonna sit around and judge poeple, how can you have fun if all your worried about is other people and what they are wearing and what they look like.

Why not care about what people are wearing? If it's funky, cool, adds to the atmosphere of general craziness, who are you to tell them not to?

If your not having fun you just standing on the side lines judging ppl and bringing down the vibe and taking away from the whole point of going to a rave. the whole point for me is to go out have fun, meet interesting pll (the fish net guy)

Haha, this is so true. I can't help but make fun it's just me- and I don't always mean it, but sometimes you just can't stop yourself. lol. I really am a nice person, honest! :)
But really, I don't care what other people wear as long as there are happy that's all that really matters. I mean, come on, I used to be a 'flaming' candy raver- of course I don't care what people think of what I wear or if people wear funky outrageous stuff, I think it's great!

i'm not so much loving the haters...

But I've been finding I'm having more fun further away from the front & center of the party... finding the older people there, with more older people reasons to be having a good time. The post-ravers....

I met this girl at this Eagle's Hall party in Duncan, and at one point we were marvelling at how they could possible follow the kicking music we were listening to (after about 3 hours of sub-par music... to get a dj who knew how to rock the house) with speed garage... just made us twitch at the eye. Sure, we were being elitist, but honestly, we had smiles on our faces and were enjoying the tunes. Not bitter and jaded... just... less of the ravey-rave OMG BEST MUSIC EVARness.

I talked to that fishnet guy at fusion, he was a good guy and I think it was his first rave too.. He was definately high but at least he had a good attitude towards the rest of the ravers.

There are too many kandi haters out there, and in my honest opinion I don't get why they bother going to raves, just go to a club event cause there is alot less kandi in a club...\

I've been to plenty of raves where they don't have everybody waving glowsticks, and countless ones that have had little or no kandi ravers.

glowsticks and kandi do not a rave necessitate.

It's just a party.
