oh i know.... ive been avoiding credit cards for a year now...


i just got fed up paying cash deposits at hotels and booking flights at travel agents... then my bank talked me into the platinum one.... i strongly refused the 5000 line of credit they tried to offer me

earn free points to europe? lol looks like your gonna have to start splurging like theres no tomorow and go into a massive debt if your gonna get enough points to go for free. i dont know what the point system is for your card but i highly doubt it would be easy.

I have had to take the visa family out of my wallet. They are much to liberal with there spending habits.

naw, best thing to do is just use your credit card instead of cash, when you can. that way you earn points faster, but when you pay it off right away you aren't paying interest, or getting yourself into debt.

i do that and get rad amounts of airmiles :P

i need to spend 20 gs to get a free flight to europe...

i'll just use my card for everything and pay it off every month. I spend a grand a month+ on fuel alone.

just paid for one of my employees car insurance today on my card and he gave me cash for it... i spend a few hundred a mth on clothes, all my groceries, eating out etc.... 20gs will be easy. i'll do it by xmas. lol

nah nah u mis understood me a bit. i do the same. if im buyiing something thats a few bucks like just eating a small meal etc i pay cash otherwise i always use my credit card as well and jsut pay it off rite away when i get my bill. its just that it sounded like maybe alex made it sound like he was gonna get this trip in no time. and thus sounded like he might be going into some plurge mode. 20gs he said. well that could be done.
