i made a post bout hold em a while back... got lot of poker players here on FNK... funny thing is... the tourny never happend due to mis communications and all that shit.. people not cooperating and wanting their own rules...

hopefully a game would start sumwhere soon... so i can rob all your money hahahahaha

^do you even know how many rookies play in the wsop? any joe off the street can get a seat in the wsop and the wpt, so playing in a famous tourney means shit.

There is usually a nice sized game in the Newton area during weekends just a few friends nice sized pots though heard they be upwards of 200. Its only a 20 dolar buyin so it wont break the bank.

if he actualy won 4 seats that is pretty amazing considering it costs thousands to buy into the actual tournament.

Thats pretty cool though, does anyone frequent the riverrock's poker room here? its supposed to be the largest in Canada ..I have only been once there but its hella fun.

Have any of you guys gone to the poker room at the Edgewater in DT vancouver ..its at the plaza of nations.

If so lemme know how it is, do they have 1/2 or 2/4 games ?

They have 4 tables of 4-8. Holiday Inn on broadway has 2-4 sometimes at night. there is no 1-2 anywhere except 1-2 NL at riverrock and possibly langley

edgewater is faster than riverrock
less than a 10 minute wait on tables
and 2,4 and 4,8 games bbut no NL

yea he won them all on partypoker and pokerstars; but his roomate just won one of the last tournaments, 300,000 g purse, and the guys only 21; those bastards huh!

lol of course, Ive noticed a few of these tournament seats that you can win offer travel and accommodations for 2.

However I probaly have a better chance at winning the lottery then that.

Anyways...

So im guessing by the non-intrest in this topic that no one on FNK has a established home game running ..that or they dont want outside players coming in.

Having a tournament or something would be cool, what happened with the last fnk poker tournament it got cancelled right ?

me and my pals play home-games regularly, nothing established though, plus we dont play with outside players much.
