im learning the art of impress cooking ... i only know a few things though...

im trying to get a decent menu of what i can cook together so my friends and stuff can choose one for me to make if the occasion calls for it.

I am not really one for cooking although i am learning how to make a mean prime rib with all the fixxings
but i sure do know how to bake though

Pork tenderloin seared in a large pan with nothing more then flower and seasoning salt next put into a large roasting pan add some gravy mix a good half bottle of white wine some more salt pepper and then roast it all for a while longer. The pork comes out so tender and full of so much good taste serve over rice.
