how many of you eat the skins? how many cut it in 1/2 and grab a spoon?

I never had one until a year ago. Like a green strawberry, deelish.

Easiest way is to cut them in half, then use a strong spoon to scoop out the fruit. Much faster than peeling.

This guy I know is a "veggie bandit" and sneaks in for midnite raids at a local kiwi farm, he musta got 500 lb.

theres a solution! and its good for you! .... why does no one ever like the things that are good for you... :P
from time to time i eat the skins, and sometimes orange peels... its shocking how much lost when you remove the outer layer. thats where all the photosynthsis takes place, the inside is mostly waters, sugars, and the seeds all that is inteded to nourish eventualy.
perhaps try recipies that include the skins? :)
