I love the days when I get paid $20 an hour!
it's freaking awesome, cause after 8 hours Im getting $20 and I worked 10 hours today!
I just wish it happened all the time.

i used to make like 23.50 an hour.


now i make ten....it lacks.

I know... I get over $24 an hour when working in the schools. But now that there closed im working at a day camp for about $12 (+ free food ;)) Tryign to adjuset to the pay cecks... but than I guess its kinda nice for a summer job because I can get away with showing up hung over, be a few minutes late, slack off, and yawn all I want :p


The best was getting $40 an hour to be a concrete fitter. I think I spent 20 minutes pushing cement around. I spent the rest of the hour swaping flys, but was paid for a full 2 hours :D

i work at honda dealership and my job is to drive hot new cars like 2006 and down models all day long, my job is to gas them up at a gas station and drive them around for 5 or 6 blocks check out the ceanery in a hot car like a infinity g35 or 350z and drop one of and take another to do the same thing . i work for 8 to 10 hours a day doing that. today was damn hot.

if that's rude you might want to consider that Im 17 myself...I have had job's where I've made $8 and I got paid $20 for a day of work and it made me happy so I guess yes I flaunted it but that doesn't happen on a normal basis. So sorry if you find it rude.

I make min wage with some bonus shit on the side... but I like my job, I get paid to do nothing and when I say nothing, I mean going to the beach, Science World, movies, Aquarium, parks... gotta love looking after kids... and getting free food too. Plus I work at Bootlegger now.. yay for low priced jeans!

There is nothing wrong with talking about money if you want to, its a good way to judge your worth to a particular company. Knowing what other people make in your industry helps you make proper employment decisions. Alot of professional organizations, such as Engineers do salary surveys every year and post them to the public.

Its different to flaunt how much you make, but I really didn't get that impression from this thread.

The easier the paper comes, the easier the paper goes. My job is harsh slack and it pays really well, I love it. The best part about it is that you will never see me at work (only on the odd days) and always having fun. I can even go to work drunk its awesome, my boss just doesn't care.
