If you do a google search on "green tea medicinal" you'll find that it's good for a lot more that sore throats. There's some rad studies that make the 'myth' of Chinese dudes living for well over a century a lot more believable.
(imagine this next bit in tiny print like the disclaimers on toothpaste tubes). -Green tea has proven to extend human lifespan when utilized in conjunction with proper diet, exercise, and several hours a week of Tai Chi or Chi Gong. And a lot of luck. That says Tai Chi, not Chai Tea, in case you're easily confused. It'd rule if drinking Chai Tea gave you strange levels of control over your body and mind, as well as serving as a kind of soft martial arts training. |

there is a teahouse at the Nitobe Memorial Garden they have at UBC. I remember going there for a field trip when I was in highschool. The garden is sooo beautiful. They also have a japanese rock garden too. you can make reservations for tea ceremonies, check it out... I am so downf or a tea ceremony !!! |
