It's just how absolutley rude they were to me on the phone. It's like the representative wasn't even listening to me.

It is LG's phone, but when I get a phone replaced for a shit phone that I cant even txt with etc, it gets to me. First telus told me my repair would be 2 weeks, now it will be 2 MONTHS on friday (and still no known return date). And all the times the rep's at the telus repair center they'd get back to me- they haven't. :S

loaner phones are shit wherever you get them from... bell, telus or rogers.. alot of times customer service reps lie and tell you what you want to hear just to make their job easier... that happens with every company, phone, or anything else,.

they on strike.. at my work we got killer deal going on for rogers.
buy any 2 phones on 3 year contract and get a protable 7" dvd player.

^yeah, i checked out rogers plans and they aren't that great. i get more for my money from telus.

sure they're on strike...but unions go on strike all the time. i went to a telus store today and everything is working normally and fine. that shows that even on strike telus can take care of its shit. i dunno, i'm going to stick with them for now.
