solders are employed for armed combat, and they demistrate agressive actions. these people are trying to make sure everyone knows whats going on insted of taking the word of some propagator. it looks like because of this service they are being targeted and opressed. they have instilled fear...
or mabey its a coincidence.

Personally, I say... if you step foot onto an active Combat Zone. Expect to be shot at. They knew the risks of reporting in such a place (at least I hope they did) so like any War there will be collateral damage. They have equations for this when doing strategic planning. If I remember right it's something like 15% Civilian Casualties is the acceptable limit or something like that.

I wonder how many innocent Iraqi children have bin murdered doing thing's like walking to the market and playing in the street, i bet you won't find those statistics anywhere.
But hey like Erik said 15% civilian casualties is to be expected, i wonder what the families of those 15% think about that George Bush?

well they didnt really know what they were getting into, the deaths of media members in this war is already worse than veitnam.
but that was a good question, how many children. if we have accsedently shot and killed 66 reporters there must be alot of stray bullets...

There was a story in the paper yesterday about that incident where the merican sniper on a rooftop shot dead one reporter and wounded another. The reporters were Iraqi and sent to investigate a shooting of Iraqi policemen. Looks like this happened a few days ago. This is number 66, the most recent.
