DAMN!! lotsa interest, and i am extremely thanfull for everyone who were willing to offer their talent! Alas, we were not able to secure a larger venue, and considering that El Cocal has different licensing, i would not be able to provide a venue where all yall could throw down because we already have several hiphop acts/spoken word lined up and i think we can only go until 12/1 with limited space

. So as it is, we only have a slot for ONE dj, and preferebly one who could bring their own decks/mixer (we can handle all your transportation) and there will be DRINKS in if for you.

We will be doing a large fundraiser in december at the Sonar, where we WILL be able to represent all your skills, (and fit you in). I will be posting another message closer to that day, and will be initially contacting those who were willing to volunteer their deck dynamics.

Once again on behalf of MAWO, and myself, I do apologise, but am also extremely thankful to those who expressed interest. I will MAKE SURE to contact you when starting to plan logistics for the December bash.

I guess ill offer the slot for next week to the first cat/with rig to contact me?

incorrect! the hiphop crews have their own stuff on lock, no ones on the the repsective decks but the respective dj. But i do remember initially asking for someone who has more of a wider collection of beatz? Nonetheless, if its a big deal then do what you feel is right, but please do not assume the hiphop artists are 'goofs' yo. I know influens was pretty tight, and at the end of the day, they are DONATING their talents.
