new garbage bins!!!

i woke up this morning and went out to check the mail and was surprised to see a new garbage bin sitting in my front yard. the bin was issused by the city and is huge!!! a big plus is that there are whells and an attached lid.
along w/ the bin came some pretty intense intructions, the bin has to be placed a certain way otherwise the garbage will not be collected.

Nice! I'd like a city issued garbage can. I actually like organizing the recycling and getting the garbage ready to go out. Is that weird? =P
