downtown gyms?

i'm looking for a public downtown gym that doesn't require a membership, any form of commitment and that is a decent price. preferably near gastown as that is where i reside.

...or someone that lives in an apartement dt with a rad gym that is willing too let me in on some of that action!



does the roudhouse have a gym? i know they do classes, which i'll be checking out. i've been too the VAC, the thing on denman i'll try out next, but i need more options here!

VAC is not bad, it's just a drag when it's raining out and i have too walk there.

nah i don't live there, i just sleep eat and whatever else there ~5 days a week
