yea.. i just gotta stay awake long as i can... maybe do some physical activities in the evening to really make me tired then ill sleep like a baby

You just have to force yourself to follow your regular routine. Go to bed when you should, even if you're not tired and can't fall asleep. And wake up when you normally would, even if it means a day on 4 hours sleep.
