yup and sometimes you can get them cheaper then rogers/bell/fido/telus will charge you for it, and you're not locked into a contract.

no it cannot be used on telus.. locked or unlocked.

Telus is the worst cell provider out there, they are still on CDMA technology, and none of the cool phones are made for that oldschool technology.

The cool phones you hear about are for GSM. So until you switch to FIDO or ROGERS your hands are tied to the phones offered by TELUS.

With FIDO/ROGERS the type of phone you can use on the network is endless.

^ fuck rogers/fido! shitty networks with shitty service... customer service, too.

i would much rather stick with a more reliable network (bell/telus) and have a little more limits on the type of phone i can use, than endure one more second of the terrible reception/coverage/service fido/rogers unified provides.

thats like the pink frying pan I want... I WANT I WANT

as silly as it is, I'm too broke to buy it myself (had to slap my hand and back away slowly in the store) but it WILL be on my christmas list.

somehow the fact that money went to breast cancer research ALMOST persuaded me to waste what little money I have on something I dont even need yet.
