i heard on the radio a few days ago that they have 12 step programs, rehab getaways and what else for net addicts because being on the internet gives us "dopamine highs". so does walking outside, and people don't go to rehab for that...

i just think it's utterly insane, i can understand if you can't get off the web cause you're addicted to porn [ew], but just plain internet with words and happy pictures doesn't seem like something that would create a huge problem. the problem isn't the internet it's the crazy people on the internet.
