WHY do you like presents?

other then the obvious reasons..what makes a gift special...

to me..its the bow..i like shinny things and wrippin off a big shinny bow is soooo satisfying

I like getting what I asked for cause its usually what I need and will use. I don't really like suprise gifts cause sometimes it can be something stupid like clothes that I will ever wear. To me the best gift is nothing materialistic, its the smile of the person you love when they open your gift.

To me it's the appreciation that someone went out of their way to go find me a gift that they know I would like, then dish out their hard earned money just to see a smile on my face on Christmas day.

I'm down with the opening stuff. I love ripping wrapping paper. My friends know even if it's something small they better damn well wrap it up.
