The usage of said images is what really determines copyright infringement. If said image is displayed in a context that portrays said image as the righful property or creation of persons other than the rightful owner -then we have infringment.Thats all i was saying. As for whether Al says something or not is irrelevent. Your telling me, if no one says something about an image being used, then that image is ok? Doesnt that seem a little ambigous? But where you taking an authoratative stance? - probably not, but neither was i, i was just clarifying the copyright rules, that you assumed you know quite well. I've read plenty on their site about people ripping off SG's pictures, posting them on websites (blogs, boards, etc), and SG getting miffed about it. They pay $300 USD/set for those pictures. They own them.

US copyright law =/= Canadian law either, sunshine.

The words "go fuck yourself" come to mind...
