fuck brix. i went there 2 days ago... there was a 35 minute wait time between appetizers and entrees, not to mention they overcooked the shit out of my pork tenderloin. it came to me almost welldone, on the real.

get at C, Quattro or Seasons in the Park... and do it up reeeeal big.

dine out from a chefs perspective : BAH!!! Man three years of trying to bust a great tasting menu, trying to break even, and not pulling your hair out when customers still asked to use dineout coupons and or requesting to split one tasting menu between two and ordering waters!!!!! WTF!! this is one event i dont miss! hahahaah

from a guests perspective : WOOHOO!! Do eeet!! and Do eeet often! CinCins might not be as hot as its been in the past, now that Chef Prasads got his own gig, but if La Gavroche is participating GET UP ON IN IT!! And for fucks sake, the food is affordable so splurge a bit and try out some new wines - VINO VINO!!!
