new job!

i finally got the job i wanted at Chapters on Robson and Howe. i start training next saturday :) yessss i get to be around books all day. i even think stocking shelves and alphabetizing/catergorizing books is fun. neeeerd.

maybe i'll help some of you find a book soon :) come visit.

i worked in a coles bookstore for work experience and i found it boring. hope you don't have the same problem.

i've done retail sales, and this kinda sales is so different, less stressfull. its mostly knowing the store, and directing people to a section. it helps if you know lots about the books they're looking for then u can recomend.

i was one of 20 people that they are hiring right now. if you get your booty down there fast you might be able to catch this wave or hiring. you don't really need anything, but cash experience and sales experience really helps.

they do group interviews, too.
