So as hellish as work can usually be, today I got a very nice email from my manager from a customer who was so impressed by the service I had given her that she had to write an email ensuring the feedback was issued to the appropriate parties.

The customer even went as far as to state that service from people like me compels them to stay with us rather than go to the competition.



it feels good! makes up for a lot of the bullshit we can face here :p

i had a performance review today and the f'n love me. it's so nice to hear positive things from management compared to my past 500 pound boss that would barely grunt at you. it also said on my review that i do a kick ass running man. thanks for pointing out my strong points!
