i know that place closed down a while ago but the humor that sign gave to a lot of us over the years is unforgettable. even when out of town friends came their reactions were so funny!

I didn't close down. It just changed names.

I think they wised up to the fact that they were the laughing stock of the pho houses in van. Still though, the fact that I could find people distributing Pho Bich Nga cards around Duncan says an awful lot for the marketability of a name like that.

That's not so much racist as an unfortunate coincidence, which makes it funny.
