What is the best place and/or fastest way to get this done?
I finished high school but due to being mislead my a counsellor and told I didn't need any other courses I did not have enough credits to grad and get my diploma. This was about 10 years ago. (omg I'm old! lol)

Print out the form, fill it out, register to take the test.. It only costs $60... Gooood luck :P
