I've heard the arguments a thousand times.... FUCK EM ALL. I like coffee, that's why I drink it. Some mornings I don't drink it at all. I don't get strange headaches or heart palpitations. I THINK I'M OK.

I never take coffee and I can work perfectly in the morning and If I don't feel woken enough in the morning I take either cold shower, Lots Brown Sugar with tea(No Caffeine) or just a fruit like Orange, Grapefruit or Chocolate will work fine too...

hey.. just thought you might like to know.. chocolate? yeah, there's caffeine in that! :P

and brown sugar with a bit of tea is much worse than a cup of coffee. it may not have caffeine, but that much sugar isn't good for you either!
