freaking freerunnin is sooooooooo sweet!

1st time i saw this shit, was on Much Muzik, i guess they got a footage from MTV, cause apparently this is the hottest shit to do in UK right now..!

and dang do i ever wish to have super strong arms and be able to climb walls like that!

if any1 can do it, they're such a ninja! ;)

On a side note... all the impact force is absorbed in the kness which will eventually turn into arthritis... opposed to rollerblading or skateboarding, the wheels take 80% of the force and turns that idle force into mechanical motion (...bearings turning moving the wheel thats attatched to it.) This has been proven due to some people reporting injuries in their kness because those "Heely" shoes were not practical...aswell as "Soap" shoes that had the grind plates on the bottom.

It's all about changing your momentum when you land...My buddies and I used to do similar stuff when I was in highschool...Except that we did it in the forest...run down a cliff as fast as you can, leap over fallen logs and trees into rocks and stuff, roll, climb the tree in front of you as fast as you can, jump to the next tree, jump down, run run run...

Tonnes of fun and a total rush, er, as long as you go as fast as you can and don't think about injury...I am down for it totally!!! I should be flexible enough in the next few months from capoeira for some freerunning... :)

Dope man I am from Ukraine myself and although we didnt have trees we did have LOTS of buildings from times of Communism , factories and big ass fields with half finished constrictions. Never really made a sport out of it but fuck did we ever get a rush jumping and climbing those structures.
I am totally down doing this shit downtown so when it gets a bit warmer outside fuck yeah!

pretty sweet... some risks those guys take... like that jump from one bridge to another.. that was fucking nuts...
