Hair Help

Well I've decided that it's finally time for me to get my hair cut. This will be my first cut since about 2002 and first since my hair has grown back in. And it's longer then I have ever had in my life.

Tell me who to go to - I need someone who is great, and can handle my curls because I have a lot of them. This is what I want ...

Cut: About 2-3 inches off all around, with some layers
Colour: I'm thinking 3 colours of highlights;

I want someone who will not kill my curls - or cut stupidly short because they think it’s so much longer then it really is because curly is 1063454x's longer when wet then dry. Ideally under $100, but I'm not too picky, if you think you know someone who is great for $150 still tell me.

I've had a friend recommend a place called "KA!BOOM", anyone have any experience here?

if you want some place local - assuming youre still in poco, check out kast in port moody in new port village. nicole is my stylists name, and i have never ever had a bad exerience with her. i dont even give her a style i want anymore, just a length and she has at it. and im extremely picky.
but i do have straight hair, so i cant vouch for the curl department.

go to krystal at Pizazz Hair Design in lougheed.. i have curly hair and she does an awsome job.. and doesnt charge that much.. she has curly hair to.. so she knows what shes doing.

I'm thinking local would be super nice & since I'll be out in Newport tomorrow afternoon, I might end up there.
