ya, thats the first time ive seen those cartoons, and i dont know about the rest of you. But I really do find them offensive. Seeing them for the first time ever, it really did hurt me.

It may of hurt you but are you now gonna go out and torch Danish embassies and burn churches over the fact if so maybe you should rethink a lot of stuff. The original Muslim doctrine is deffinatly a nice religion it is just unfortunate that hardline clerics have distorted the teachings in the koran to suit thiere own askewed views..

No one is condoning what "these retarded muslims" are doing. If you look passed some of the extreme examples of protest and listen to what Islam teaches about the prophet Mohammed and what the majority of muslims believe, you would understand why these cartoons have made some people mad.

It's not a joke. Theres a series of offensive pics including one with picture of the Prophet Mohammed with a bomb replacing his turban. Its obviously conveying some sort of hidden message to the reader. These comics depict Islam as violent, or as a threat. This is not a true representation of the religion. Like any other religion, its holy book states that its followers should live in peace with others and the majority of muslims do this. When a danish artist draws something which depicts muslims as stereotypical terrosits its going to make those who people who live their live for that religion a little offended. As would it leave a christian offended by drawing a comic regarding their religion as something it wasnt.
