Vargas and Mosley are boths bums. Vargas has been done for awhile now. He struggles to make weight and still takes too many shots because he goes straight back when he's hit. Mosely is scared to get hit (Forrest exposed this - twice), anyone with a decent punch can beat him. I'd never pay to see either of these has beens fight. Vargas should retire and Mosley is one beating away from needing to retire as well.

ITs about 3 years too late for this fight. I saw it at a friends.

Mosley actually was really fast and accurate with his combinations.

but no power whatsoever as this was 154 and not 147/

Vargas is to awkward with his boxing stance compare to mosley who stands more even.

Too bad for Vargas cause he was winning on the two of the three score cards 86-85

p.s: sweet someone else who watches the sweet science

p.s: i wouldn't pay either. maybe 3 years ago i would have.

but they were never the same weight division.

Now Jeff Lacy vs Joe Calzagne for the unified super middleweight belts.

now thats a true fight.

Power Puncher against Power Boxer

holy shit vargas got fuckt uP !

i still think the best fight i ever saw of all time was a few yrs back between
Fernando Vargas & Felix Trinidad.

PUERTO RICO vs MEXICO

12th round KO for TITO

too bad vargas went down hill afterward.

I was rooting for Tito. I've always been a fan of his from when he was a 147 welterweight champ.

He got beat so badly by winky wright though.

p.s: notice all of vargas's losses come by KO. 2 by KO *tito and oscar* and than TKO *shane mosley*

Vargas had potential and he is still young but the way he fights now he's just never been the same since getting manhandled by trinidad.

He fought him way to early

I always enjoyed waching Vargas his style of taking 4 punches to get one in was exciting to watch. Vargas walks around at 30-40 pounds over his fighting weight, which shows he's not truely dedicated. The fighters that have lasted the longest and stayed a the top (Hopkins, Wright, Mayweather, Pacman, Tarver, etc) are always in shape.

Yeah, watched the whole thing...

Vargas is a bitch...Mosley kept nailing those rights and gavew him that second head! Overall it was an ok fight, could have been better than having to call of the fight early... meh.

^ in the old days they used to use a knife and cut a person's eye lid if it were that swollen shut as was the case in vargas.

Surprisingly Vargas didn't come in 30 pounds over but he still did come in abotu 15 pounds over he 154 weight limit. I think.

Sugar Shane was about maybe 7 pounds over but he is more of a lightweight/welterweight boxer anyways

No doubt they keep conditioned so when they are walking around 40 pounds over their weight limit of their respective divisions.

I agree with your list cept Tarver.

That guy is a bum.

I really can't believe they are going to allow him to be in rocky 6.

i don't care if he beat jones jr twice. I hope hokins murders tarver in their bout and i really don't like hopkins but i dispise tarver
