they usually have classes here and there for them..
in the summer they have a summer school, and there is a popping class..
not sure if they cover locking or anything..

i took a popping class through harj (i think that's his name) and it was SICKKK. and keep an eye out when keeley "lock n keys" from the groovaloos do a guest class at harbour.. i took an intro lock class from her and got the gist of it, i wish i could learn more.
