Tonight though I think could go either way... Edmonton must be getting really desperate as their playoff hopes are on the line as are of course Vancouver's. The breaking point imo will be which Bertuzzi shows up for the game. I don't care if he scores or not but if he plays a solid physical game and doesn't take any dumb penalties he's going to make a lot of room out their for his line mates.

The powerplay goal Edmonton had. Auld should have had. Though the Canucks could have done a better job of clearing it. If your on the penalty kill and the pu ck gets to the net you gotta cover that shit.

Regardless if the Oilers do blow. I stopped cheering for them when Gretzky got traded even when they won a cup with Messier. I never like him anyways. Than he came to Van and I really don't like him now.

I'll always support any Canadian team ahead of an American one. As such, the Alberta rivalry doesn't mean much to me, though I will always cheer for the Canucks before any other as I have since 1992.

I once dated a chick whose favourite team was the Penguins and fave player was Jaromir Jagr. I can't say that didn't have an effect on our breakup.
