did any one read the article about the shooting at the house party in seattle?
the province printed the artical in sundays paper and yes it was sad but i dont understand who the fact that they listen to electronic music had anything to do with it. it just upsets me that i always hear negative press towards raves and dance music.

did anyone else read the article? what did u think?

yeah, it is sad how raves always seem to get bad press. like dab said, that wasnt a rave party. but whatever.
ill never understand how raves can have so much worse of a rep sometimes then say a rock concert where people are getting drunk and in mosh pits.
but i shouldnt say to much, i never have actually been to one so i cant talk much on the topic.

i think raves get alot of bad press because people tend to do alot of drugs at them, old men try to get into little girls underpants, and the music generally sucks.

The problem is that the international media (in Europe especially) is mis-reporting that the shooting happened at the actual party as opposed to an afterparty.
