i just drove past the memorial set up for Troy. i didnt know him, but saw him at the gym all the time and knew him from the area. i guess it just hit close to home, no pun intended.

Troy use to be one of my little brothers good friends, I knew the family pretty well growing up too. It is just sickining to think someone would not have the respect or gutts to fess up to what has happened.
Really it could have not even been the drivers fault but we just cant find out

I can't believe the guy fled the scene...Who knows if he/she didn't leave him there maybe he'd still be alive...I didn't read to much about it in the paper but saw it on the front page of the province...

I doubt the driver sticking around would have saved his life..

^^.. its just as much the pedestrians responsibility to watch for cars, So many times when im driving around i see people just walk onto the road without looking at all. i have almost hit somebody becuase of it. all they did was just look up and keep walking.
