its like right beside a little cultasack of stores..i think one is an auto shop of some sort with a yellow sign..just park in there and then its the little shop with a green cover over it

Kent is definitely decent.
About one block west from Kent (on Kingsway @ Inverness) is the wonderful Trunh Hing (probably spelled that wrong) bakery - they have vietnamese sandwhiches there, and they are The. Best. Ever... probably because the bread is always freshly baked. I usually get just the veggies so it only costs $1.50.

uhhh, nothing beats the sandwich nazi in langley! shit you not he is exactly like that seinfeld episode! haha. if you ask for no tomatos....he puts on extra. he makes the sandwich like he wants it......hahahaha. but its $6 and i'll have to take a picture of one for you to understand how extremely large it is..........they weigh over 2 pounds....

fuck its worth $6 just to go in there and watch the guy
