the goal that I'm going for is to become a buyer and that's going to mean a hell of alot of travel time
considering I've hardly ever been outside of anywhere other than the Americas (made it as far as Mexico), I'm looking forward to it
Even tho traveling for business means never really getting to see anything other than more offices and hotel rooms

my aunt is a designer and so she travels to paris and new york alot buying fabric and looking after bigger clients. she's in her 50's now and hasn't slowed down but it doesn't leave any time for family or friends.

my job is a seasonal job in that we go where the weather is. in the summer we race in the pacific north west, in the winter, we race in southern california, arizona and new mexico.

in the case of someone like armin you'd think he doesn't do much except chill while traveling, maybe picking/listening to music and just performing when he arrives.

as opposed to a normal business person who is probably working non stop on the flight and in meetings etc after they arrive.

where as armin could probably take a nap whenever he wanted.
