in most cases, yes that's true.

but if he spilt something in it and now its acting up or its just dirty and the buttons are sticking or not working properly etc then it's not.

simple fix, just some ppl are a tad bit worried to try and open up their mobile to clean it out.

naa just general wear and tear it is a Motorola V300 flip basically I need the little rubber thinging replaced so that when my phone is closed it senses that it is actually closed.
