long-haul flight entertainment?

I've got a long flight on Wednesday and I need some ideas (other than sleeping pills). So far I've got:

1 packet of Werther's Originals
3 Sudoku puzzles
1 Jughead Double Digest

Any other ideas?

what airline are you flying?

all my laung hall flights actually went pretty good, 15 hrs to thailand!!!!ouch!.

theres lots of reading material they give you, inflight movies,radio staions ect.

i guess a ipod video would be cool, or like a playstaion psp.

im taking a laptop with me when im off to peru again in late june,idea is i write and edit my music on the plane. and watch the odd dvd

if you are going for less then 30 days go to futureshop buy an ipod or psp and take it back when you get home from your trip.

Like others have said... depends on what Airline you are flying. Some have better in-flight entertainment than others.

As long as you are flying a major Carrier like Cathay, Air France, Lufthansa etc you should have enough music/TV to carry you over. If not you can always canvass the Flight Attendants on who wants to join the Mile High Club.

P.S. Impress them with your knowledge that you are actually higher than a Mile because that is only 5,280ft.
