Im currently using Lavasoft Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy.
Anything else out there thats decent?

If you're on windows and its a legitimate copy, get Microsoft Anitspyware. Works great in my opinion, and its free.

yeah, i'd recommend both together. and microsoft antispyware is called windows defender now.
