My schedule at shaw is disgustingly lame. I've tried to fit in kickboxing into the schedule but its not working.

So i downloaded some videos and im learning how to kickbox via google.


Save some money, its actually very helpful. I can raise my knees up to my head and im learning how to do a proper work out. I highly suggest this for anyone looking to get fit and kick some serious.

that's not actually true.

My co-workers cousin teaches kickboxing and a few of my friends are black belts in kickboxing.
So i'd have access to a gym and sparring partners for free.
