Lol, they do it already. Its called Spyware, Adware, Keyloggers. Everything you do is recorded and sent to a 3rd party ad agency for online ad reaserch. That info is sent to tons of companys that have ads online.
It wont be hard to modify that crap for whatever use NSA or whatever might have for tracking members.
