Application Form Question...HELP ASAP! ..please

Okay so im filling out a form for a job that i really want...and the thing is that i have to hand it in ASAP and i don't think i can wait till Monday to hand it in...just because they are looking for people ASAP. On my form it says that i have to list 3 references other than relatives or former employers who have known you within the last three years.

So, i have 2 already however the third person i want to put down, i dont know their last name.

So should i just put their first name and number? or will it look funny?
Should i leave it blank?

yea that's the thing i dont know who else to put down :184: :299: what would look worse leaving it blank? or just having the first name of the person?

OR absolutley wait until Monday to hand it in

I mean does it look better to go in earlier than later?

oh and my step-mom and step-bro both work there....

i'd leave it blank or call and get the entire name. show them you do it right or not at all.

and Mateo I am ready its just i dont have a lot of experience...at least im not a bum on the street who is just lazy asking for money.

Why don't you call that person and ask their last name?

Read the directions carefully. It sounds to me like they probably want 3 professional references from within the last 3 years. It sounds strange to me that they would want you to list anyone else...
